Backyard Retreat policy: Please note, for booking – 50% of the total amount is to be paid as advance Rest will be paid at the time of check in Cancelation policy: 1. 24 hours before arrival – No refund 2. 48 hours before arrival – 50% will be charged 3. 72 hrs – 25% will be charged 4. 96 hrs – full amount will be paid back (Time will be counted from 11:59pm of previous day) Reschedule policy: One reschedule is allowed. There will be charges applicable: 1. 24 hours before arrival – 50% will be charged 2. 48 hours before arrival – 25% will be charged 3. 72 hrs – No charges applicable (Time will be counted from 11:59pm of previous day)

Check-in and Out Policy: 1. Upon availability, early check-in and Check-out will be accepted and will be chargeable, 2. Per hour will be charged: 500/- Pick and Drop: Pick up time: 9:00am – 12:30pm (Before and after this time, Guest may have to arrange by him/herself, our manager will guide you to arrive at resort) Drop time: 11:00am-12:00pm (This time schedule is fixed, we won’t avail any drop service after this time) Outside Food: Food from outside is not allowed. We will not allow any food brought from outside and not going to allow any request to serve/prepare that to our restaurant/villa Pet Policy: Pet is not allowed inside of any of our villas premises. If any guest bring pet to our resort, he/she will take full responsibility for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by their pet. Guest Terms and Conditions: 1. The guest(s) acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills. 2. Guest(s) will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their friend(s) or any person(s) for whom they are responsible Please note: Our all villas are non-smoking villa, if you intend to smoke, please do it in the balcony. Child Policy: Children aged 12 years and younger (maximum one child per room) will be accommodated free of charge on a bed-only basis if sharing with one or two adults, but will be charged for meals. Children occupying their own rooms will be charged the full adult rate. Subject to availability of family rooms; children aged 0-2, no charge. Children aged 3-12, 50% of the applicable rate per meal per day. This policy does not apply to room service meals.
